Your Lucky Day is a free daily game made by Chris Bratkovics ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms.
The game
Every day one charm is drawn for everyone. Calling a charm is free, always. There are no prizes, no wagers, and nothing of monetary value is ever awarded by chance. Streaks, sparkle and milestones are for fun and have no cash value.
The charm pack
The charm pack is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks cosmetic charm skins, a monthly streak freeze and your full history on the device where you unlock it. Purchases are processed by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record; Polar's terms apply to the transaction. The pack is a fixed set of features, not a random reward. Because there are no accounts, the unlock is stored in your browser; clearing site data removes it, and you can restore it by reopening your Polar receipt link.
Acceptable use
Don't automate calls, run bots, or try to influence the tally by any means other than tapping a charm once a day like everyone else. We may reset tallies affected by abuse.
No warranty
The game is provided as is. We may change or discontinue it at any time. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
